The Alabama Student Grant Program is a state student assistance program designed to provide financial assistance to residents of the State of Alabama for undergraduate study. Applicants must have obtained a certificate of graduation from a secondary school or the recognized equivalence of such graduation; be an Alabama resident as defined in Alabama Stud and Grant Program Act 90; be a citizen of the United States or in the process of becoming a citizen of the United States; and not be enrolled and not intend to enroll in a course of study leading to an undergraduate degree in theology, divinity, or other field of preparation for a religious vocation. Arkansas Health Education Grant (ARHEG)

The Arkansas Health Education Grant Program (ARHEG), which is funded by the state of Arkansas, provides assistance for Arkansas residents attending certain out-of-state accredited health and medical professional schools for graduate or professional programs that are unavailable in Arkansas. The Arkansas Higher Education Coordinating Board determines the priorities for the applicable programs. Based upon these priorities and the availability of funding, the board establishes the number of student places (contract slots) for entering students in each professional field in which the state has needs that are not satisfied by its own institutions. ACF Woodcock Family Education Scholarship Program

The ACF Woodcock Family Education Scholarship Program was established in 1993 by Albuquerque businessman C.E. (Woody) Woodcock and his wife, Dixie, to support students of exceptional promise in the fields of science and math. Intended for students with strong math and / or science credentials. Scholarships will be awarded to Albuquerque metro area high school graduating seniors (includes Bernalillo, Sandoval, Valencia and Torrance Counties). Scholarships are payable over four years. Applicants must possess strong math and/or science credentials, plan to enroll full-time at a college/university, have a minimum 3.8 GPA and a minimum ACT composite score of 30 or minimum SAT Math score of 680. Army Health Professions Scholarship Program

The U.S. Army health care team will pay 100 percent of your tuition for a graduate-level health care degree for any accredited veterinary program in the United States or Puerto Rico. Applicants must be a U.S. citizen with a baccalaureate degree from an accredited school, enrolled in (or have a letter or acceptance from) an accredited graduate program in the U.S. or Puerto Rico (varies by specialty), maintain full-time student status during the length of the program, and qualify as a commissioned officer. Your active duty service obligation to the U.S. Army is one year of service for every year you receive the scholarship. Your minimum obligation depends on your health care field. Army Nurse Corps Association (ANCA) Education Fund

Scholarship Description | Amount: $3,000 | Expiration – 03/31/2020

One of the Army Nurse Corps Association’s major initiatives is the Scholarship Program. Its purpose is the support of nursing education through scholarship funding to worthy students who are US citizens in an accredited program in baccalaureate or graduate nursing, anesthesia, or related healthcare field. Below are the eligibility criteria and general information. Applicants must be currently enrolled in an accredited baccalaureate or advanced degree program in nursing, nurse anesthesia, or related healthcare field who are serving or have previously served in any branch, and at any rank, of a component of the US Army (Active Army, Army National Guard and Army Reserve) and are not currently receiving funding by a component of the US Army, (e.g., scholarship ROTC students and students receiving full GI Bill benefits are not eligible). Applicants will, as applicable, have received an Honorable Discharge. Must be nursing or anesthesia students whose parent(s), spouse, or child(ren) is serving or has served in a component of the US Army. The Vegetarian Resource Group College Scholarship

The Vegetarian Resource Group each year will award $20,000 in college scholarship money to graduating U.S. high school students who have promoted vegetarianism in their schools and/or communities. Applicants will be judged on having shown compassion, courage, and a strong commitment to promoting a peaceful world through a vegetarian diet/lifestyle. Payment will be made to the student’s college (U.S. based only). Winners of the scholarships give permission to release their names to the media. Davidson Fellows Scholarship

The Davidson Fellows Scholarship awards $50,000, $25,000 and $10,000 scholarships to extraordinary young people, 18 and under, who have completed a significant piece of work. PHN Foundation Healthcare Scholarships

Every year PHNCF provides $30,000 in academic awards to students pursuing a career in the healthcare or allied health fields. Since 2005, over $260,000 has been awarded. Raymond A. & Amella P. Beilke Scholarship

The Raymond A. Beilke Engineering Scholarship is awarded to graduating high school seniors of Marathon High School who have a minimum 3.0 GPA and who plan to pursue a degree in engineering at an accredited college/university. The Amella P. Beilke Scholarship is awarded to graduating high school seniors of Marathon High School with a minimum 3.0 GPA and who plan to pursue an education in elementary education, nurse, pharmacy, or any other healthcare profession at an accredited college/university. The Pearl Mae Foundation annual scholarship is for students who want to pursue careers in the health care or first responder fields. Two Ten Higher Education Scholarship

Two Ten Higher Education Scholarships is a need-based scholarship program, with awards based on financial need in addition to academic performance and personal character. Applicants or their parents must have a minimum of two years’ employment in the footwear industry (1,000 hours over two years). Students must be enrolled or about to enroll in an accredited two or four-year college, university, vocational/technical school or nursing school, and maintain a minimum 2.5 GPA to renew the scholarship. WomenLead Scholarship

WomenLead recognizes the need for diverse leadership in ministry, nonprofits, and civic organizations and seeks to accelerate the extraordinary leadership of diverse women of faith to lead change by using their talents to educate, advocate and activate. Two educational scholarships will be awarded to women of Christian faith seeking a Masters or Doctoral level degree that will prepare them to serve in public service, non-profit leadership and/or in Christian ministry. Women of diverse backgrounds (race/ethnicity, age, faith) eager to lead through bold action, innovative vision and faith-inspired passion are encouraged to apply.

CBCF Louis Stokes Health Scholars Program, sponsored by United Health Foundation

The Foundation provides each scholar a minimum award between $5,000 and $10,000. The award amount is determined based on the student’s cost of attendance and financial need. Louis Stokes Health Scholars renew their scholarship by maintaining their eligibility and submitting mid- and end of year reports and materials. This award will be given to 4 students who are currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program at an accredited four-year college/university for the current academic year. Applicants must have a minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale, be studying a health-related field, and be a U.S. citizen or have permanent U.S. residency, and is pursuing a qualifying primary health care profession. This award is supported through our partnership with United Heath Foundation.

Udall Undergraduate Scholarship

The Udall Foundation awards scholarships to college sophomores and juniors for leadership, public service, and commitment to issues related to Native American nations or to the environment. In 2019, the Udall Foundation anticipates awarding 50 scholarships of up to $7,000 each. The Udall scholarship honors the legacies of Morris Udall and Stewart Udall, whose careers had a significant impact on Native American self-governance, health care, and the stewardship of public lands and natural resources.
